Where do you get your best work done?
Many of us are in jobs that allow us to work from home, but we go in to work anyway, because our manager wants us there or we think we should be there - to collaborate, hear what’s going on and move up in the organization. It’s time to challenge these assumptions and establish regular “home days” each week.
